  • Set monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.

  • Identify new business opportunities and revenue streams.


Team Leadership & Performance Management
  • Recruit, train, and mentor sales representatives.

  • Assign sales territories and monitor team performance.

  • Motivate and coach the team to achieve sales goals.


Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.

  • Handle high-value clients and negotiate major deals.

🔹 Qualifications & Skills Required:


Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

  • MBA is an added advantage for senior roles.

  2. Leadership & Team Management – Experience in managing and motivating sales teams.
