🔹 Key Responsibilities of a Project Manager:

  • Develop a detailed project plan and timeline.

  • Identify required resources and stakeholders.


Resource & Budget Management
  • Allocate resources (team members, tools, finances).

  • Track project expenses and ensure cost efficiency.

  • Adjust budgets when needed to avoid overspending.


Team Coordination & Leadership
  • Assign tasks to team members based on skills.

  • Motivate and guide the team for successful project completion.

  • Resolve conflicts and ensure smooth teamwork.


Project Execution & Monitoring
  • Track project milestones and ensure timely progress.

  • Identify and address risks, bottlenecks, and delays.

Stakeholder Communication

🔹 Qualifications & Skills Required


Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, IT, or a related field.

  • Project Management Certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, Agile) are highly preferred.

Essential Skills:

  1. Project Management Tools – Experience with tools like JIRA, Trello, Asana, Microsoft Project.

  2. Time & Resource Management – Ability to allocate and track resources efficiently.

  3. Risk Assessment & Problem-Solving – Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

  4. Agile & Scrum Methodologies – Knowledge of project frameworks like Agile, Waterfall, or Scrum.

  5. Budgeting & Cost Control – Managing project finances and avoiding overspending.

  6. Communication & Leadership – Strong ability to lead teams and coordinate with stakeholders.

  7. Negotiation & Conflict Resolution – Ability to handle challenges and ensure project success.

  8. Stakeholder Management – Building strong relationships with clients and teams.

  9. Quality Control & Process Improvement – Ensuring project meets business goals and standards.
