🔹 Role of a UX Designer:

• Designs user-centered experiences for websites, apps, and software.

🔹 Key Responsibilities of a UX Designer:

User Research & Analysis

• Conduct surveys, interviews, and usability tests to understand user behavior.

• Analyze user needs, pain points, and expectations.

• Sketch ideas and create wireframes using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch.

• Design layouts, color schemes, typography, and visual elements.

• Ensure smooth interactions, animations, and transitions.

🔹 Qualifications & Skills Required:

✅ Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, or related fields.

• Certifications from Google UX Design, Nielsen Norman Group, Interaction Design Foundation (IDF) are valuable.

✅ Essential Skills:

1. User Research & Psychology – Understanding user behavior and motivation.

2. Wireframing & Prototyping – Experience with Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision.

3. UI/Visual Design – Strong knowledge of typography, colors, and layouts.

4. Interaction Design & Microinteractions – Creating intuitive interactions and animations.

5. Usability Testing & Analytics – Conducting A/B tests, heatmaps, and tracking user engagement.

6. Accessibility & Responsive Design – Ensuring designs work across devices and are inclusive.

7. Front-End Understanding – Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript (not mandatory, but helpful).

8. Problem-Solving & Creativity – Ability to find design solutions for user pain points.

9. Collaboration & Communication – Working with teams and presenting design ideas effectively.
